5. Orders and Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website by adding products to the cart and completing the checkout process.

• Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via our secure payment gateway.

• Orders are processed only after successful payment. COD (Cash on Delivery) is not currently available.

• An email/SMS confirmation will be sent after order placement.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver plants and accessories across India via trusted courier partners.

• Standard processing time is 2–4 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

• Shipping fees may vary based on product size, packaging, and location.

• We are not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, public holidays, or courier disruptions.

• For bulk orders or custom delivery requests, please contact us directly.

7. Packaging and Handling

We take utmost care in packaging live plants to ensure they reach you safely. All plants are packed with breathable materials and labeled for identification.

Please open the package immediately upon arrival and water the plants if needed. If there is any damage during transit, refer to our return policy below.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment.

• To cancel an order, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order ID. (9875325391)

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it meets the criteria for return.

9. Return & Refund Policy

For Live Plants:

• Due to the perishable nature of plants, we only accept return or replacement if the plant arrives dead, severely damaged, or wrong.

• To be eligible, you must:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos and unboxing videos for verification.

  • Ensure the plant was not removed from its original pot or packaging.

If eligible, we may offer:

• Replacement (if stock is available).

• Refund to your original payment method.

• Store credit for future purchases.

For Non-Perishable Items (e.g., pots, grow bags):

• Can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

• Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product was defective.

10. Care Instructions and Responsibility

We provide basic care instructions with most plants. However, plant health depends on multiple factors such as:

• Local climate

• Soil quality

• Watering and sunlight

• Handling and transplantation

Once delivered in healthy condition, the responsibility of plant care lies with the customer. We do not guarantee plant survival after delivery, except in case of damage during shipping.
